Well, this is the first theme that I'm sharing and I'm a beginner at theming. So please don't expect much!
I hope you like whatever I have themed.

SCREENSHOTS:

This theme is a mixture of Black and Blue (hex code ~ ff2562be), although the theme is named Black. 

Thanks to @sud.vastav helping me out in almost all the steps and to @VikramK123 for the wallpaper.
